Hi everyone,

I saw a video at stampininperspective and decided to give it a try. Its called a braided card and I found it very easy to make. The card base is SU pacific point cut at 5.5 x 8.5 scored at 4.25. I got the template from Kims blog. She has the link in her youtube subscription.

I printed the template and followed the directions in the video. I then took a piece of neenah cs and embossed it with a daisy folder in my big shot. I used the SU stamp set called watercolor wonder. I love this set. I stamped the solid piece in the background using daffodil delight, old olive and the repeated with daffodil delight. I then took one of the flower stamps and stamped it with black memento ink. The hello stamp is from the dollar bin at Micheal s. I added some wink of stella pen on the flowers but it doesn't show up in the photo. It really looks pretty in real life. I added a bow using MS ribbon and then one silver and one gold sequin. I really like the braided look and will do this again in other cards. I then used a corner punch on the corners. I hope this card will give you some inspiration.

I will enter this card into these challenges.
