Olivia's Window

Hi everyone,

We have had some beautiful days here and I have really enjoyed them. I went into my craft room last night and colored this cute Lacy Sunshine image called Olivia's Window. I printed it onto neenah cs and colored it with copic markers. E00,000,21,13,15,18,24,31, R81,83,22, YR23,24, YG61,63, N0,2. I then fussy cut around the image. The card base is SU daffodil delight. I used SU square lattice embossing on the background. I adhered the image with tombow glue. The bird was stamped and punched with MS combination stamp and punch set. The fence was also a MS border punch. I used my score board and scored every half inch. It doesn't show in the photo. I should have added some distress ink.The sentiment came from Pink by Design stamp set. I hope you have gotten some inspiration from this card. I will add this into this challenge.

Balloon Birthday Fairy

Hi everyone,

I like the sketch on Mojo Monday today so this is the card I came up with. The card base is 4x6 neenah cs. I usually do 4.25x5.5 but this piece worked out great as it was. I used a DSP from Ki Memories paper pad. The smaller DSP is DCWV pad. I used a pre printed image from Crafters Companion CD. I did use some copic markers to darken the image to match the papers a bit more. I used the MS balloon paper punch for the red balloon and its the back side of the DCWV pad from the left overs.   The purple balloon is a piece of scrap that was on my desk and  the kraft balloon is the back side of the ki Mamories pad. I added SU white ribbon. The sentiment is from Pink by Design and stamped onto a strip of neenah cs using SU soft suede ink. The small heart was punched out and added to the smallest balloon. The two bottom balloons were cut using quik kut oval die. I used SU owl punch  to punch the bottoms of the balloon using the owl feet. I then felt like it needed some stitching to finish it off.

I will enter this card into these challenges

Make a Wish

aPin It
Hi everyone,

613 Ave Create has a new challenge starting and I hope you will join us in the challenge. One of our sponsors this week is The Paper Shelter. I have used this cute fairy called Make a Wish. The card base is neenah cs cut at 4x4 /folded in half and then the top was folded in half again. I have printed the pre colored image onto neenah cs,  added many layers and fussy all cut the pieces to make a 3D image. I used my scissors and cut small strips into the wings to make it look more like a feather. I added some wink of stella on the card, after all fairy's need to have glitter. On the bottom of the easel card I used a strip of the needah cs and added some gold stickers on the side. The sentiment is form Pink by design stamps. I had some gold glitter paper so I used it with an old dragon fly punch and added it on the right side of the sentiment. The was a small piece left in her hair so I used a small heart punch and added that to the left side of the sentiment.

I will add this card into these challenges.

Thank you for stopping by, happy creating!

Gemma

Hi everyone,

It's my turn to post on Shelia's blog She's a Sassy Lady. Thank you Shelia for allowing me to join you today.

I love the stair step cards and today I have another one for you. I cut the stair step from Penny Duncan Creations free svg file. It is so nice to be able to cut any size. It also has the inside as a cut file. I cut this one at 5.5x5.5. The DSP is from a Recollections stack. The digi is from Lacy Sunshine called Gemma Drop. She is so cute. I coloured her with copic markers. E00,000,21,31,33,35, YG61,63, BV01,02 N0. It needed a bit more for embellishments so I took my pencil and drew 2 more marshmellows using the two that Heather has beside Gemma as a pattern to follow.  I then popped them up with dimensional's. The sentiment is from Pink by Design stamp set. I will enter this card into these challenges.
