I love how this card turned out. The base is SU cs in black. The layers on top is from DCWV large paper stack. The solid layers are SU very vanilla. I stamped Birthday Blossoms set from SU. I added a small border [sorry it was given to me with no name on it.] I colored the flowers using SU markers. I also used the same markers to water down green and red ink to splatter the background. The center panel has been punched with a SU corner punch. On the side edges of the center panel I added a row of rhinestones. I hope you all like it as much as I do. I will enter this card into Simon Says Wednesday challenge.
