Bird Song

Hi everyone,
Todays card is more of a mixed media creation. The card base is neena cs with another layer of neena cs for the front. I sprayed alcohol yellow, pink green and blue home made sprays. I added the Heidi Swapp music background in SU basic grey for a muted look. I added MS pearl paint with my finger to add horizontal stripes periodically to the paper. The bird is from Dena Wakley Scribbly birds stamp colored with copic markers. The branch was cut using impressions obsessions die. The berries were stamped using Prima birds stamp onto canson 90 lb. water color paper and painted with cotman watercolors. The sentiment was also sprayed with alcohol sprays and the stamp is from Dena Wakley scribbly birds stamp. The blue rose was cut with the cricut using the flower shoppe cartridge. I then added some doodle around to frame the image. To add extra interest I then added some black rhinestones.  The inside sentiment has the Happy Birthday song.{lyrics} I will add this card to

Such a lovely card, Carol. The scribbly bird just 'pops' on the muted, colorful background. Gorgeous! TFS : )
