Butterfly Princess

Our sponsor this week at 613 Ave Create is Lacy Sunshine Stamps. I am using this cute butterfly princess image. The card base is SU sky blue, the pink layer is melon mambo. I printed the image onto neenah cs and colored with copic markers. E00,000,21,31,35,51 YG63,61, BG10,11,13, R22,24,27, N6. The hearts on the bottom of the image is a small heart stencil I cut with my cricut and used SU melon mambo ink. I then inked up another piece with melon mambo and cut some small hearts from a MS punch. The butterfly is done with an ek success punch and traced around with black ink. I also did some doodle dots around the image. I added ribbon and a bow, at the last minute I decided to add a couple of ribbon banners on the right of the image. There is glitter on the hearts and wings but it doesn't show up in the photo.

Because I Care

Hi everyone,
  I made this card especially for the Linkup for Pink challenge following their sketch. I used a white card base and added a large circle doily that was embossed with a cuttlebug folder and cut with the cricut using the MS cartridge. I put a circle of green on the back of the doily to give it a bit more color. I then used MS butterfly edge border in pink and white. The image is a Saturated Canary free image called Boobie Love that Krista Smith made for BC. This image is so cute with her big eyes. She was so much fun to color using copics. E 21, ooo,oo,33,31, Y21, R20, 81,83, C3. I used a MS bird punch for the two little birds. I put one pearl on the flower and 3 up on the top right corner. The flower was a small flower punch, I used a corner punch for the right bottom corner [not sure what its called] The sentiment is called because I care from SU then I used another label punch to cut it out. I doodled around the edges of the card and label using a sukura glitter pink pen. I wanted to use a pink ribbon but I didn't have the right pink. I am adding this card into these challenges.
