Here is another tag card made from CTMH wreath stamp and stampendous kitten. I stamped using blue su ink and momenta card stock. The ribbon is a silk that was made into a bow. The little bird is an unknown stamp. I used the same momenta cs for the banners as the background layer,
I made a border using su lace border punch. I didn't like it so I cut off a piece and used it as a flower and added a rhinestone. I used a grey pen to add stitching on the banner and the white of the cat layer. I will add this card into these challenges.
